La Polic\u00eda Nacional del Per\u00fa mantiene el control del orden interno, con el apoyo de las Fuerzas Armadas.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Durante la pr\u00f3rroga del Estado de Emergencia, quedan suspendidos los derechos constitucionales relativos a la inviolabilidad de domicilio, libertad de tr\u00e1nsito en el territorio nacional, libertad de reuni\u00f3n y libertad y seguridad personales, comprendidos en la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Per\u00fa.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Decreto Supremo N\u00ba 050-2022-RE (publicado el 29\/10):&nbsp;<\/strong>Decreto Supremo que ratifica la Convenci\u00f3 para Homologar el Tratamiento Impositivo previsto en los Convenios para evitar la Doble Imposici\u00f3n suscritos entre los Estados Parte del Acuerdo Marco de la Alianza del Pac\u00edfico<strong>.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Se ratifica la \u201cConvenci\u00f3n para Homologar el Tratamiento Impositivo previsto en los Convenios para evitar la Doble Imposici\u00f3n suscritos entre los Estados Parte del Acuerdo Marco de la Alianza del Pac\u00edfico\u201d suscrita 14 de octubre de 2017 en Washington, D.C., Estados Unidos de Am\u00e9rica, y aprobada mediante la Resoluci\u00f3n Legislativa N\u00b0 31580 de 4 de octubre de 2022.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>El Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores proceder\u00e1 a publicar en el diario oficial \u201cEl Peruano\u201d, el texto \u00edntegro de la Convenci\u00f3n y la fecha de su entrada en vigor.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fuente: Diario El Peruano<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Decreto Supremo N\u00ba 131-2022-PCM (publicado el 29\/10):&nbsp;Decreto Supremo que prorroga el Estado de Emergencia en Lima Metropolitana del departamento de Lima y en la Provincia Constitucional del Callao.
