{"id":3119,"date":"2022-06-17T11:05:53","date_gmt":"2022-06-17T16:05:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cursorcorporativo.com\/?p=3119"},"modified":"2022-06-17T11:05:53","modified_gmt":"2022-06-17T16:05:53","slug":"boletin-de-cambio-normativo-17-06-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ladersam.com\/en\/boletin-de-cambio-normativo-17-06-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Bolet\u00edn de Cambio Normativo 17-06-2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la fecha, ha sido publicado el siguiente dispositivo legal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Decreto Supremo N\u00ba 070-2022-PCM:\u00a0<\/strong>Decreto Supremo que prorroga el Estado de Emergencia en Lima Metropolitana del departamento de Lima y en la Provincia Constitucional del Callao\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ladersam.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Decreto-Supremo-N\u00b0-070-2022-PCM-2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"(Adjunto)\">(Adjunto)<\/a>.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Se prorroga el Estado de Emergencia por el t\u00e9rmino de cuarenta y cinco (45) d\u00edas calendario, a partir del 18 de junio de 2022, declarado en Lima Metropolitana del departamento de Lima y en la Provincia Constitucional del Callao. La Polic\u00eda Nacional del Per\u00fa mantiene el control del orden interno, con el apoyo de las Fuerzas Armadas.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Durante la pr\u00f3rroga del Estado de Emergencia, quedan suspendidos los derechos constitucionales relativos a la inviolabilidad de domicilio, libertad de tr\u00e1nsito en el territorio nacional, libertad de reuni\u00f3n y libertad y seguridad personales.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La intervenci\u00f3n de la Polic\u00eda Nacional del Per\u00fa y de las Fuerzas Armadas se efect\u00faa conforme a lo dispuesto en la norma.<\/li><\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A la fecha, ha sido publicado el siguiente dispositivo legal: Decreto Supremo N\u00ba 070-2022-PCM:\u00a0Decreto Supremo que prorroga el Estado de Emergencia en Lima Metropolitana del departamento de Lima y en la Provincia Constitucional del Callao\u00a0(Adjunto).
