Los sujetos obligados seg\u00fan Ley N\u00b0 27693, deben nombrar a un oficial de cumplimiento que cumpla con los siguientes requisitos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. No haber sido condenado por la comisi\u00f3n de delito doloso.<\/li>
  2. No haber sido destituido del cargo p\u00fablico o haber sido cesado en el por falta grave.<\/li>
  3. No tener deudas vencidas por m\u00e1s de ciento veinte (120) d\u00edas en el sistema financiero o en cobranza judicial, ni protestos de documentos en los \u00faltimos cinco a\u00f1os no aclarados a satisfacci\u00f3n de la SBS.<\/li>
  4. No haber sido declarado en quiebra.<\/li>
  5. No ser ni haber sido el auditor interno del sujeto obligado, de ser el caso, durante los seis meses anteriores a su designaci\u00f3n.<\/li>
  6. Tener v\u00ednculo laboral o contractual directo con el sujeto obligado y gozar de autonom\u00eda e independencia en el ejercicio de sus responsabilidades y funciones.<\/li>
  7. Aplicaci\u00f3n de normas sectoriales.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
